This year, we will not only explore the latest advancements in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy but also celebrate a decade of innovation and collaboration of our association.

This year’s seminar offers a well-rounded three-day programme, focusing on PROMETIA and European challenges, Canadian mining innovations, METNET and other processing activities, zero-waste and recycling strategies, with a special emphasis on hydrometallurgy.

• Day 1 will cover key discussions on responsible mining practices and will feature a round table on responsible processing, refining, and recycling, focusing on the technical challenges and opportunities for European industry with invited keynote speakers. The day will conclude with insights into Canada’s CRM strategy, broadening the conversation to include international perspectives from Canadian colleagues.

• Day 2 will highlight PROMETIA’s METNET and other processing activities, followed by a session on zero-waste and recycling strategies, before concluding with a celebration of PROMETIA’s 10th anniversary and an invited dinner.

• Day 3 will spotlight breakthroughs in hydrometallurgy, including solvent extraction and precious metals recovery, and will wrap up with an interactive workshop on circular economy strategies in minerals processing.Please find the detailed agenda here.
