PROMETIA is pleased to announce that its 2025 Scientific Seminar will take place from 25 to 27 November in Naples, Italy, hosted by PROMETIA member ENCO Engineering and Consulting srl.
Bringing together experts, researchers, and industry professionals from across the PROMETIA network and beyond, the annual seminar will serve as a platform to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of critical raw materials in Europe.
The event will span two focused days of discussion and collaboration:
Day 1: Strategic Projects Under the Critical Raw Materials Act
The opening day will spotlight key initiatives driven by the EU Critical Raw Materials Act, highlighting 47 EU and 13 international Strategic Projects. Presentations will cover sustainable practices in extraction, processing, and recycling, from low-TRL research to industrial deployment, emphasizing responsible and innovative approaches across the value chain.
Day 2: Technical Insights from METNET and LabNET
The second day will delve into two of PROMETIA’s cornerstone networks:
- METNET: A look into pilot plant innovations and their role in upscaling technologies
- LabNET: Showcasing collaborative lab efforts and cutting-edge analytical advancements
This seminar offers a unique opportunity to share knowledge, foster interdisciplinary connections, and contribute to strengthening Europe’s raw materials resilience.
